ALIGN BY ALLY CANCELLATION POLICY

Align by Ally is an exclusive studio, and spaces are limited. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy to allow others to take your spot if you are unable to attend. If you adhere to the cancellation policy, your missed class will be credited to your account and remain valid for the duration of the package you have purchased. However, if you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the class is scheduled to start or you are a ‘no show’ you will be charged the full cost of the class.
